Trapperz Animal Removal

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website or services of Trapperz Animal Removal ("Trapperz," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or using our website at [Insert Website URL] (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Services Provided

Trapperz provides humane wildlife removal, exclusion, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Lexington, Berea, Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky (NKY), Dayton, and surrounding areas (the "Service Area"). Service availability may vary by location, and we reserve the right to decline or refer out service requests outside our current Service Area.

2. Estimates and Scope of Work

Estimates provided by Trapperz are based on the information and access available to our technicians at the time of inspection. The final scope of work, pricing, and timeline may be adjusted if additional issues, access points, or animal activity are discovered once work begins. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated to you before additional work is performed, where practical.

3. Project Timelines

Most wildlife removal and exclusion jobs are completed within an average of 2 to 3 weeks from the start of service, depending on factors such as animal behavior, weather, property access, and the number of exclusion points involved. This 2-3 week window is a general estimate only. It is not a guaranteed completion date, and jobs may take longer than this window depending on the specific circumstances of your property and situation. We will keep you reasonably informed of progress throughout the job.

4. Payment Terms

Standard Jobs

Unless you are financing your project (see below), payment is due as follows:

  • 50% of the total job cost is due upfront before work begins.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the job.

  • You will receive a 5% discount on the job if you pay upfront.

Financed Jobs

If you choose to finance your project through a third-party financing provider, the full cost of the job is due in full at the time financing is issued/disbursed. The 50/50 payment structure described above does not apply to financed jobs.

Trapperz reserves the right to pause or delay work if payment terms are not met. Accepted payment methods and any applicable financing partners will be discussed with you during the estimate process.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Trapperz stands behind its work, but the specific guarantees provided depend on the warranty package purchased at the time of service:

  • Gold Warranty: Customers who purchase the Gold Warranty package receive a written 2-year guarantee that we will remove the animal(s) covered under the warranty from the treated area, in accordance with the specific terms provided in your service agreement.

  • Silver Warranty: The Silver Warranty package does not include the 2-year written removal guarantee described above. Coverage terms for Silver Warranty packages will be provided separately in your service agreement.

  • Bronze Warranty: The Bronze Warranty package does not include the 2-year written removal guarantee described above. Coverage terms for Bronze Warranty packages will be provided separately in your service agreement.

The 2-year written guarantee is exclusive to the Gold Warranty package. No other verbal or written statement, unless explicitly included in your signed service agreement, will be treated as a guarantee of results. Warranty terms, conditions, and any exclusions will be detailed in the service agreement provided to you at the time of purchase.

6. Humane Treatment Policy

Trapperz is committed to 100% humane wildlife removal practices. We do not euthanize animals as a routine part of our removal process.

The only circumstance in which an animal may be euthanized is if it is exhibiting signs of, or has been confirmed to have, a contagious disease (such as rabies) or another condition that poses a health or safety risk to humans, pets, or other wildlife. Decisions regarding euthanasia in these limited circumstances are made in accordance with applicable state and local wildlife regulations and are not undertaken as a matter of routine or convenience.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To help us complete your job safely and on schedule, you agree to:

  • Provide reasonably accurate information about the property and animal activity

  • Provide our technicians safe and reasonable access to the property and affected areas

  • Secure pets during scheduled visits

  • Notify us promptly of any changes in animal activity, smell, or access issues

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment. Deposits or upfront payments may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun, as detailed in your service agreement.

9. Property Access When You Are Not Home

Much of our exclusion and removal work takes place on the exterior of your property. By scheduling service with Trapperz, you authorize our technicians to access the exterior of your property to perform the agreed-upon work even if you are not home at the time of service. This authorization is limited to exterior work only and does not permit entry into your home or any other enclosed structure without your presence or express consent, and does not constitute or authorize trespassing or unauthorized entry of any kind. If a job requires interior access, we will coordinate scheduling with you in advance.

10. Use of Photos and Videos

In the course of performing our services, Trapperz Animal Removal technicians may take photos or videos of your property, the affected areas, and the wildlife or exclusion work involved. You may also send us photos or videos related to your service request. By sending us photos or videos, or by allowing our technicians to take photos or videos on your property, you grant Trapperz the right to use those photos and videos for our business purposes, including but not limited to our portfolio, website, marketing materials, social media, advertising, and any other business or promotional use, without additional compensation or notice to you. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid including personally identifiable information (such as visible addresses, license plates, or faces) where practical, but this is not guaranteed. If you do not want photos or videos of your property used in this way, please notify us in writing before service begins.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trapperz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from our services, including but not limited to property damage caused by wildlife prior to our involvement, pre-existing structural issues, or delays caused by weather, animal behavior, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Independent Contractor / Referral Partners

Trapperz may work with or refer customers to third parties, including wildlife rehabilitators or other service providers. Trapperz is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services provided by independent third parties, even if referred by us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where services are performed in Ohio, in which case applicable Ohio law may also govern the service agreement for that job.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Terms specific to an individual job will be governed by the signed service agreement provided at the time of that job.
